My name is Ebiere and I own a beaty spar. I've been going out with this guy for months now. We love each other very much and from what I see, he's serious and wants to marry me. There's no doubt about that.
But the thing is each time I talk about us handling the wedding bills together, he becomes uneasy. I actually make more money than him but I don't let that get into my head. My family is very wealthy and I've actually been seeing money right from when I was a kid so it doesn't move me.
He keeps telling me he will come and see my people when he's ready. He works like hell and I hate to see him work like that just to please me. He keeps telling me he's going to take care of it himself. My guess is that he wants to have enough money before he makes the move. I want to help but he won't let me.
I really don't know how to convince him because his 'getting ready' might take longer than expected. And I'm a woman. If you know what I mean.
You should respect his wishes.
