MY 'BLIND DATE'

We got a mail from a lady named Juliet and this is her story.

October 1 is suppose to be our Independence Day (proudly Nigerian) but it tuned out to be an April Fool's Day for me. Or should I say Prank Day.

My name is Juliet and I seriously I don't go much. I broke up with a guy I've been dating for 3 years. I have a crazy friend who told me point blank that if I don't go out with someone soon, she was going to do something crazy. I believed her but I wanted to see what she would do. So when October 1st came, she had me go on a blind date. She said the guy was her fiancé's friend and that I would really like him.

I wouldn't mind doing it but when I actually met the guy, behold he was actually blind. I just wanted to strangle my friend but I manage to keep my cool. But something happened. As we interacted (the blind guy and I), I discovered he wasn't born blind. He became blind due to an accident he had some months back. And judging from the way he spoke, he was really intelligent and smart. The manner at which he played with words was something that really held me spell bound.

I've gone out with him a couple number of times after that day. When my friend got to know about it, she was surprised and confused. But she advised me to follow my heart. She said she actually meant to play a prank on me but it turned out the way she didn't expect. But I don't know what I'm doing anymore.

Is this right? Should I go ahead with him? I'm just confused. Please Kiss Diary, what do I do. I'm at a cross road here.
