I'm Steve. I come here everyday to read what people say about their relationship, their problems and hear all the advice people give. The truth is that, you guys are lucky. I've not been able to talk to a girl successfully for God knows how long. I don't even have a very close female friend.

My family is very rich and I can buy anything I so desire. I know I'm handsome, I don't need to be told. And I also dress and speak very well too. But when it comes to women, I am as helpless as a new born baby without a mother.

Whenever I see any girl I like and I approach her and I try saying something, I end up saying nothing. And I feel so stupid before her. The last time I went on a 'self-destruct mission', I was laughed at and ridiculed. I promise myself never to approach a girl again. Even when they come to me and start up a conversation, I still don't know what to say. I end up making a fool of myself by the end of the day.

The last girl I liked is in my department. I summoned the courage and walked up to her one day after admiring her from a distance for a long time. After exchanging pleasantries, I asked her if I could buy her lunch. She looked at me straight in the face and said 'Why do you want to take me out to lunch? Do I look malnourished to you?'

I felt really bad. I would have disappeared if I had the power. I didn't know what to do and her friends started laughing at me. And there and then I decided never to ask any girl out again.

So when I come here and I read stories of how people fall inlove or have fights and need advice, I'm like 'How did they even start?'

Like I said, you guys are lucky. I hope that one day I'll be able to overcome this nightmare. I would also be grateful if I can get a few practical advice from you guys. Thanks y'all.
